The Benefits of Hosting a Workshop

If you choose to host a Stampin’ Up! workshop with me:

  •  You will receive a free Stampin’ Up! Catalogue and Idea Book (RRP $15.95).
  • You can have input into the projects and techniques that I demonstrate at your workshop.

In addition, if sales at the workshop you host exceed $350.00 you will reach Level 1 Hostess Benefits which entitles you to $55 of Hostess dollars. You can chose to “spend” these on Exclusive hostess sets and/or your choice of products from the Idea Book and Catalogue.As the sales from your workshop increase, so too do the benefits you can receive. (See the Idea Book and Catalogue for more details).

What to do in preparation for a Workshop.

Decide on a mutually convenient time with me.

Use the 40 Guests in 4 Minutes Worksheet as a guide to brainstorm invitees

Invite more than the number of people that you expect to attend. Some people aren’t going to be able to make it.

Send the postcard invites to your friends a week or two in advance of the workshop so they have plenty of notice.

6-10 people is generally a good number of people to have at a workshop. More or less can be easily accommodated though.

What to expect at a Workshop.

One an half  to Two hours of FUN with stamps, card and glue!!

I will arrive at your house about half an hour before the workshop start time to set up and deal with any last minute queries.

When the workshop begins, I will show the group through the catalogue and provide information about Stampin’ Up! and its products.

I will demonstrate a project then we will make a project together using the Stampin’ Up! products. This is an interactive session – questions, comments and general hilarity are welcome (and expected!) throughout.

I will then take any orders you and your guests have and answer any questions about the products and Stampin’ Up! You may wish to serve some light refreshments at this time (e.g. tea, coffee, juice, biscuits. it does not need to be anything too elaborate).
