Q: How does Online Ordering help my Customers?
A: Online Ordering will:

#      Provide a store that’s available to customers 24-7.

#      Provide a convenient shopping experience for customers that’s familiar; if they’re used to shopping online!

Q: Can a customer apply an online order to a particular workshop?
Yes, if they apply a hostess code generated from the workshop order.

Q: How does ordering online work for customers? Do they just click on the products they want? Does it automatically calculate the shipping and tax for the customer?

A: Yes, Stampin’ Up!’s Online Ordering is very similar to other online shopping sites. A customer will add items to a shopping bag and click to check out. The shipping and tax will be automatically calculated.

Q: When a customer enters credit card information, will they be informed about the security of the website?
The online store is compliant with all current privacy and security regulations. Your customers can rest assured that we take the security of their transactions seriously.

Q: Do my customers get hostess benefits when ordering online?
Yes, but only when ordering through your DBWS with no hostess code. For Online Ordering, Hostess Benefits are called Stampin’ Rewards, since the customer doesn’t actually host anything. Of course, should the customer apply a hostess code, they will be offering their rewards to the hostess of the party and will not be eligible to choose their own rewards.
